It's funny how I seem to think that if I wear warmer-weather clothing, the weather will change for me. It didn't work today. I am cold.

Weeelllll, today's the last class day. I'm really sad about my slavery class being over. We're like family in there! Thank Heavens for decent American ppl from all different backgrounds that can get along better than political candidates. Such a refreshing feeling. :D

My sis graduates Sunday, so both families are coming to town....this should be interesting (in a good way). My mom is trying to convince me to stay the weekend in Marble Falls with all of them....that's 4 grandparents, 2 aunts, 2 sisters, 2 parents, one non-family member, possibly one more aunt, cousin, and cousin's baby and bf, and me-all in one house....wow. I'm not so savvy on the idea, but we'll see. She said she needs me for support. I do love my fam...

So Jeff and I just had a long conversation about relationships and he coached me on how to handle one and how to give advice: "Love is a big leap of faith-head first, eyes closed. And you can only hope that once you fall, you'll be able to pick yourself up again and keep going....No one can explain the reasons of the heart but the person that's in the situation. I could tell you to do one thing, and if you decide to do another, I won't be able to understand the things that went through your mind when you made that decision." He's such a funny guy...trying to help me deal w/ my sis and how I can get her into a happier life. In all seriousness, I love when she's happy and if that's w/ her current bf, that's great, but I don't think that cheating on your bf shows true happiness.

KELLEN IS THE BEST FRIEND ONE COULD EVER HAVE!!!!! I got to campus to take my Chem final yesterday to discover that I had forgotten my calculator....MAJOR PANIC! I called him, woke him up, and he was SO sweet about bringing his down to me to let me borrow. KELLEN IS MY HERO!!!!!!!!! I'll make it up to ya somehow....or try at least :)

Who doesn't LOVE Christmas?!?! I can't believe it's JUST NOW December! It's been December in my mind LONNNNNNNNG before now...the rest of the country is just picking up on the idea...Frosty is on tonight, apparently, so Kate and I are planning on watching!! :) And we're volunteering at Orange Santa tomorrow from 2:30-4:30 at the stadium. If you're around, you should drop by! Promises to be SOOOOOOOOOO fun!!!!!

Speaking of volunteering, I've always wanted to serve Christmas or Thanksgiving dinner at a homeless shelter. It's on the to do list of my life...along with visiting Fiji, Tahiti, and Japan. Have a great last class day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
